Primal Instinct is a full-day immersive embodiment experience to reconnect you with your primal nature, let go of overthinking, and awaken your aliveness.

There is a part of you that already intuits.

It feels deeply, moves freely, expresses what's true. It is your primal nature — connected to the earth, to the elements, to something older than the roles you play. And it is also longing for connection to others: your social primal instinct, a longing for community and union.

Primal Instinct is a day to live from that place. A day with your body, your senses, your animal nature — where you move, breathe, eat with your hands, and let go of your usual persona. A day to connect with others in a way that's real.

To play, to have fun, to simply be.

Part One — The Animal Within
Afternoon, 2:00–5:30 PM

Breath, movement, embodied exploration — your body leading, your mind stepping aside. A playful edge arrives with Prey & Predator, an invitation to feel what it's like to hunt, to hide, to be pursued.

Part Two — The Social Animal
Evening, 7:00 PM onward

A feast, eaten entirely with your hands.
Poetic immersive theatre that opens the space.
Guided social connections with others — games, dance, eye contact, sound, scent, touch — held within a very clear container, where you practice absolute sovereignty and proactive consent.

Pauine Marie-Antoinette

Pauline Marie-Antoinette is a poet, performer, and experience creator, known for blurring the line between poetry, theatre, and immersive ritual.
Her own path has been one of peeling back layers — the conditioning inherited from family, from society, from everything absorbed before we ever chose it. Through years of practice and training, she learned to strip those layers away, one at a time, until what remained was radical self-expression and an unashamed relationship to her own sensuality.
That process became her art. Pauline now creates sensual poetry performances, immersive theatre, and role-play experiences that awaken imagination, challenge taboos, and give voice to the poet within.
Mariya Grinina

Mariya Grinina is the founder of Feel, an embodiment facilitator and somatic Love, Sex, and Relationship coach.
Her own path began in stillness — yoga and meditation from the age of twelve — and later took her through years of achievement and analysis, until burnout forced her to trade strategy for instinct. What healed her was not more thinking. It was returning to her body, her senses, her aliveness.
That return became her life's work. Mariya now guides people back to their own instinct — through breath, movement, touch, and presence — as co-creator of Eternal Devotion and facilitator of immersive experiences designed to help others remember what their bodies already know.
